Juicy blueberries are tossed in lemon zest, cane sugar, and fresh thyme with a hint of vanilla bean. Flaky pie crust prepared with European-style butter containing 85% butterfat. Finished with a sprinkle of turbinado sugar for a delightful crunch.

PARISIAN FLAN

Our velvety-sweet pastry cream is cooked with Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean and a splash of rum for a hint of spice and toasted sugar, then baked in a buttery, golden crust prepared with European butter to produce those delightfully flaky layers.
